Referring to your Despatch No. 149 of the
5th. July, 1918, I have the honour to state that there are no
grounds on which to justify the grant of a special war bonus
to Mrs. F. Wiltshire.

In the circumstances you might be prepar-
-ad to recommend the grant of a passport to Mrs. Wiltshire and
her children to return to Hongkong. I may refer to the
similar cases of Mrs. Purden, dealt with in the Crow Agents'
letter 96M/Medical 554 of the 18th. April, and of Mrs. Clarke,
dealt with in your Despatch No. 161 of the 25th. July.
